De-Armoring the body with Breath & Gentle Movement

Using breath and gentle movement, we practice de-armoring the body in situations of tension, conflict and high stress. When done with intention, this practice allows us to rest in a state of receptivity and non-reactivity, as we release the defenses in the body. From this spaciousness we can see with more clarity what the best course of action may be in any given moment or occasion in life.
